From Ambitious Beginnings to Unmatched Success

January 2009 - We Ditched The Cubicles
We started out selling copiers in the suburbs of Chicago. After getting some great training and experience, we knew we had to make a change.
Mike and Matt were cubicle neighbors and decided to start a digital marketing agency selling websites and local SEO services.
We loved working with local service companies so that was who are started to call on. MetaLOGIC was born January 2009.
April 2013 - We Found Our Passion
With great growth and success, we started to expand our services to Pay Per Click using Google Ads. Our customers wanted to get to the top of Google quickly. They preferred to get leads immediately rather than wait for the results that often happens with traditional SEO.
We became Google Certified and started the process to become a Google Partner.
June 2013 - MetaLOGIC Becomes A Google Partner
In order to become a Google Partner, an agency needs to meet specific requirements. Google analyzes an agency based on three components.
- Performance: The minimum performance score an agency must achieve is 70%. Metalogic is consistently in the 95% range.
- Certifications: An agency needs to have members on their team take and pass their certification tests. MetaLOGIC is certified in Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns.
- Spend: Google requires an agency to manage at least $10,000 over a 90-day period to remain a partner. MetaLOGIC is currently sitting around $150,000.
February 2015 - MetaLOGIC's Big Move
Mike moves to Lafayette, LA and MetaLOGIC becomes a remote agency.
But why Louisiana? Well, just like the saying from Good Will Hunting – Mike had to see about a girl. After catching the eye of a Cajun girl, Mike moved to Lafayette, LA where he now lives with his wife and family.
September 2019 - Clutch Recognizes MetaLOGIC As One Of The Best Local SEO Companies
Clutch is a B2B ratings and review firm located in Washington, D.C. which connects vendors from hundreds of industries to potential clients. Clutch analysts assign two scores to each vendor on their platform and then rank them on location and industry. The scores are based on market presence, work experience, client reviews, and achievements. Scores are determined by Clutch analysts who hold interviews with vendor’s past clients to generate unbiased and accurate reviews. Clutch analysts spoke with our previous clients and have given us a perfect score of 5 stars!

President & Co Founder
Mike Czerwinski is originally from the Chicago, IL area. He started out of college selling copiers the hard way… cold calling. While he found success and developed valuable sales experience, he was also learning more and more about digital marketing strategies and finding easier ways to collect leads.
He quickly fell in love with the nerdy side of internet marketing: the metrics and data and the ability to quantify return on investment. He began running campaigns for clients on the side and eventually took the leap to begin MetaLOGIC in 2009.
After catching the eye of a Cajun girl from down the bayou, Mike moved to Lafayette, LA where he now lives with his wife and family.

Also born and raised in the Chicago area, Nick took a different approach than his brother after high school and, like LeBron in 2010, took his talents to South Beach.
In Florida, Nick attended Florida International University where he majored in Marketing while also being heavily involved with the programs found down there.
After graduating in December or 2021, Mike made him an offer he couldn’t refuse, to come work for Metalogic.
Now, Nick calls Miami his home and when he’s not out at the beach, he’s helping our clients build rockstar campaigns

Also born and raised in the Chicago area, Matt started his career in copier sales with Mike. He was always the more introverted, quiet type who loved technology. He started to teach himself to program during his spare time and was the one who developed all of the websites for MetaLOGIC. He decided he’d had enough of the cold Chicago winters and wanted to continue his passion for hiking and all things outdoors so he decided to move to Montana. Now his backyard is his playground. Matt still does the development for MetaLOGIC while looking out his window at Glacier National Park.

Also born and raised in the Chicago area, Tony worked with Matt and Mike selling copiers. From there he went to sell cosmetic lasers in the medspa industry and learned a ton about local marketing strategies. He has since moved to Manhatten, NY and specializes in selling marketing services to local service companies.
